How long should I freeze the coil?
For the best experience, place the glycerin chamber in the freezer for 1–2 hours before your session. Glycerin freezes faster than water and stays cold longer, providing an ultra-chilled hit without the risk of the glass cracking like water-filled coils.
What is the purpose of the included plastic clip?
The Keck Clip (plastic clip) is a vital safety feature. It securely locks the 34mm joint of the mouthpiece to the base of your pipe, preventing the top section from sliding off or rotating during use.
Can I leave the coil in the freezer overnight?
Yes, you can leave the glycerin coil in the freezer overnight. However, we recommend placing it in a safe spot where it won't be knocked over. Note: Always ensure the exterior of the glass is dry before freezing to prevent it from sticking to freezer surfaces.
How do I clean the internal glycerin coil?
Cleaning is simple! Pour 91% or higher isopropyl alcohol through the mouthpiece and let it sit for a few minutes to dissolve any buildup. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Since the glycerin is sealed inside the glass walls, you only need to clean the internal air path where the smoke travels.
