1. How long should the glycerin coil stay in the freezer? For optimal performance, we recommend placing the detachable glycerin top in the freezer for 1-2 hours. Do not store it in the freezer indefinitely; only freeze it prior to your session.

2. What makes the Klein Incycler design better than a standard perc bong? Standard percolator bongs rely on simple percolation. The Incycler continuously moves water through a secondary chamber and back down a drain, allowing for much more aggressive percolation without the splashback common in straight tubes.

3. How much water should I add to the base? Fill the base until the showerhead percolator is fully submerged by approximately 0.5 to 1 inch of water. Because it is an incycler, the water level will shift during use, but the drain will keep it balanced.

4. Can I use this with a quartz banger or dry herb bowl? Yes. It comes with a dry herb bowl, but it is perfectly suited for a male quartz banger if you prefer thermal concentrates.

5. Is the glycerin safe if the glass happens to break? We use non-toxic, food-grade glycerin. While the glass is high-strength borosilicate, if a break occurs, the glycerin is environmentally safe, though the component should be disposed of immediately.
