How long should I freeze the glycerin parts?
We recommend freezing the mouthpiece and downstem for at least 1 hour. The glycerin cools down rapidly and will stay cold for an extended session without freezing solid enough to damage the glass.
Can I clean the inside of the glycerin chamber?
The glycerin is permanently sealed within the glass walls of the coil sections. You do not need to clean the glycerin itself. To clean the vapor path, simply rinse with isopropyl alcohol and salt like you would with any standard glass bong piece.
Is the Matrix Percolator removable?
Yes! The matrix percolator is built into the removable downstem. This makes it incredibly easy to deep clean compared to fixed percolators, ensuring you always get the best flavor and airflow.
